Frequently Asked Questions
- I upgraded to the PRO version, paid for it, but I don't know where to enter the key I received with my invoice.
- I get an error message when I try to convert a big PDF file.

1. I upgraded to the PRO version, paid for it, but I don't know where to enter the key I received with my invoice.
A: In the same email that had your key you should have a download link to the PRO version. Install that build and you will be prompted to enter your upgrade key. If for some reason you can't find the download link, please contact us and we will send it to you ASAP.
2. I get an error message when I try to convert a big PDF file.
A: You can convert only the first 10 pages of a PDF file using Adolix Split and Merge PDF. If you want to convert bigger documents, feel free to upgrade to Adolix PDF to JPG PRO.
3. I get an error message asking for password when I try to convert PDF.
A: You are asked for password because that PDF is encrypted. After you enter the password, retry the PDF conversion.
